We envision the forming of a small neighborhood of similar-minded people who wish to share a sense of love for nature and a tranquil private lifestyle.
Our properties have a minimum size of 5000 square meters (~1.2 acres) to provide enough space and privacy for each one. Building density should not surpass 10% of land surface. Trees bigger than 30 cm (12 inches) in diameter should not be cut. The structures should follow ecological standards.
Each property has full title. A private access road and power line are in place.
Only 200 meters to the beach on the first photo of our web site (the first 200 m is concession land under Costa Rican law). Our Playa Negra area is a quiet residential neighborhood.
